How CareCredit Works

CareCredit works just like a credit card, but is exclusively for healthcare services. With low monthly payments, you can use your card for your first and follow-up appointments with Veronica Injects as well as with other providers who accept CareCredit. This card gives you the power to decide when enhancing your appearance is right for you.

We value our reputation and strive to not only excel in technical services and cosmetic results, but also, to create an atmosphere of genuine caring and concern for your well-being. Please call if you need any assistance or have any questions regarding our policies.

For Your Safety

To secure an appointment, you must complete our patient forms prior to arrival. It is vital that you disclose any medical conditions, prescription medications, and/or over-the-counter medications as some services may be contraindicated. Please advise our professional staff of any allergies or sensitivities, and PLEASE let us know if you are pregnant and/or breastfeeding.

In order to provide you the safest and best care we can, it is imperative that patients provide updated information regarding any changes and new information related to your health. Please understand if we ask for additional paperwork from time to time as it is with your safety in mind.

Appointments

Consultations and appointments are complimentary, However, in order to secure an appointment, patients must guarantee appointments by providing a debit or credit card number. Rescheduling or cancelling within less than 24 hours of appointment time or a skipped “no show” appointment will result in a $100 charge. Established patients who repeatedly cancel without sufficient notice and/or miss appointments may be required to leave a deposit on file in order to book future appointments.

Your card is only charged for cancellations or no-shows without 24-hour notice. This policy ensures that our limited number of appointments remain available for other patients.

Late Arrivals

To help as many patients as possible achieve their goals, we schedule appointments back-to-back with little or no time in between. We ask our patients to be on time for their appointments by planning to be 5 minutes early. This courtesy by all our patients will ensure you do not have your appointment time delayed and you benefit from receiving all of the time we set aside to meet with you. However, we understand that sometimes due to unexpected traffic or weather, for example, you may realize you will be late. If you anticipate being more than 15-minutes late for your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule for another day. If we are forced to reschedule for another day, we reserve the right to charge a $100 cancellation fee.

Refund Policies

All injectable treatment service sales are FINAL; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed. However, to ensure our patients receive the value and experience they expect from Veronica Injects, any unused treatment package value (cash equivalent for the remaining amount) can be applied to any other injectable service.

For skin care products, all sales are FINAL. No refunds will be offered except in the case where you have a verifiable allergic reaction to a product. In that case, please provide evidence of the adverse reaction and return within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

Referrals

We appreciate our patients sharing their confidence in us by recommending us to you. If you come to us based on someone’s recommendation, please let us know that person’s name on your new-patient form so that we may thank them appropriately.

Pricing

Due to widely varied factors and to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met, Veronica Injects reserves the right to modify or discontinue services or to adjust prices on  treatments and/or products without prior notification. Note that you will be advised at your appointment of any price changes or treatment changes prior to your treatment.

Gift Certificates / Gift Cards
